Join us as an eDiscovery Case Manager

  • We're offering this role for a period of six months

What you'll do

You’ll be working with our legal teams, external law firms, Technology and external technology firms to solve problems related to eDiscovery in litigation. Recognised as a project manager for eDiscovery issues, you’ll be delivering projects within deadlines and under budget for all external parties.

You’ll also be:

  • Managing eDiscovery risks, highlighting actions required by senior stakeholders
  • Managing the budget on all matters of eDiscovery, working towards a reduction in external spend
  • Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking accountability for all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Assisting Senior eDiscovery Manager's with identifying and implementing improvements to technical process and team skills

The skills you'll need

We’ll look for you to have good experience in the legal field, preferably in eDiscovery. You’ll have the ability to coordinate a number of activities and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. You’ll have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as you’ll be working with a diverse range of people to resolve cases.

Additionally, you’ll need:

  • Experience with the eDiscovery process and the Electronic Discovery Reference Model with strong technical knowledge of common eDiscovery platforms and tools
  • A background in managing the eDiscovery lifecycle of a number of large cases, simultaneously, across multiple jurisdictions
  • Good technical skills in eDiscovery tools, particularly Relativity
  • Strong project management experience
  • A track record of driving and executing projects for internal and external stakeholders
