Crynodeb
Provision of Learning Disability and Autism clinical expertise to the LPC Ensuring effective LDA care pathways, within and across LPC boundaries Resolution of complex or disrupted care pathways in conjunction withcolleagues across England (and within UK for patients placed in servicesoutside England) Support the LPC in ensuring that services are compliant to all specifications and guidance. Ensuring the delivery of high quality services that are value for money Ensuring case management systems and record keeping are maintained and kept up to date (e.g. NCMS, AT) Contribute to review all LDA patients within our commissioned remit inline with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Supporting with training, awareness and resources related to CETRsand associated processes e.g. DSRs Attendance at GM CETR oversight panel and associatedTransforming Care meetings, taking on a lead role including regularreporting, highlighting quality assurance intelligence, working to tackleproblems and providing recommendations for improvement
