Aimbridge Hospitality are proud to introduce a brand-new property in the Northwest of England: TRIBE Manchester Airport.

Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand. Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms, restaurant and bar and a gym.

As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Reservations Manager to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a late summer 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…

As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will Lead the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role we are seeking a reservations manager with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in reservation software and systems (experience with OPERA would be advantageous), ability to manage and motivate a team, and experience in the hospitality industry

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities are also integral for this role. You will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
