Summary

Are you an experienced BIM professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? Our client, a leading main contractor based in London, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator/Senior BIM Coordinator to support the growth and development of their BIM team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the BIM process for multiple projects.
  • Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure efficient data sharing and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various project stakeholders to ensure BIM standards and protocols are maintained.
  • Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
  • Develop and maintain Revit models throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members and trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and workshops.
  • Produce detailed BIM reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Navisworks and Revit.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage the CDE process.
  • Ideally, experience working for a main contractor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle from design through to construction.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to fully work from the head office and on-site (Unfortunately candidates looking for remote work will not be considered for the role)
