What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a range of insight outputs for key internal research programmes. You’ll work closely with our researchers and our data teams to ensure the integrity of the data and provide meaningful insights and conclusions for senior leaders across the bank.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Delivering robust research programmes on behalf of business leaders, ensuring survey design architecture follows best practise and integrates with the rest of the bank
  • Producing high quality analysis of survey data within the programme infrastructure
  • Assisting in the delivery of automated reports and dashboards from internal research studies, to be used by colleagues across the bank
  • Actively engaging with external practitioners and research trade bodies to make sure we remain up to date with the latest techniques and best practice
  • Supporting the Retail Insight team on a range of qualitative and quantitative research projects

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with market research or customer insight experience, on either the client or agency side. You’ll also need experience of project or research programme management.

You’ll also have:

  • The ability to clearly communicate and translate programme survey data, so that stakeholders can understand insights and conclusions
  • Experience of translating business requirements through to system changes and requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • A logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • The ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Experience, or an understanding of quantitative and qualitative research
  • Previous experience or understanding of Net Promotor Score (NPS) measurement systems, including platforms such as In Moment or Medallia is desirable
