MASTERS PROGRAMMES STUDENT EXPERIENCE ADMINISTRATOR-
GRADE 5

£27,980 - £32,333 pa

We are seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to join the Faculty Postgraduate Directorate Masters Programmes Team. The team is focussed around supporting the development of new and existing Masters programmes to enhance our offer to students. This includes online, Master of Science and Master of Research Programmes. The team also has responsibility for recruitment, admissions and administering the student journey of a number of Masters level programmes.

You should have excellent administrative skills, be proactive and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. The role involves corresponding and engaging with a wide range of colleagues and students from across the globe, so you should be a good communicator. Administering the student journey requires a high level of accuracy, so attention to detail is essential. The role works alongside other Masters Programmes Student Experience Administrators in the team.

You will have 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.

You will join a team of dedicated administrators that places enhancing the student experience, through good administration and customer care, at the centre of its values.

This is a student facing role and the team currently operates a hybrid approach. Administrators normally work 2 days per week on campus, but it is possible to opt to work full time from campus if preferred.

This post is fixed term for 1 year.

Job Ref: 079466 Closing Date: 4 June 2024
