The Biologics Regional Innovation and Technology Ecosystem (BRITE) ProjectThis 3-year initiative, funded by Research England, represents a major regional initiative focused on establishing a robust biologics innovation ecosystem across the Liverpool City Region and the Northern Powerhouse. With a focus on monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and complex medicines, the project will strengthen collaboration between leading academic institutions and industry partners, accelerating the development and commercialisation of biologics-based health technologies.Lead the future of biologics innovation as programme Lead!As the Biologics Innovation Ecosystem Programme Lead, you will provide strategic leadership and overall coordination of the BRITE programme.Within the role, you will oversee the successful delivery of the programme’s objectives, ensuring alignment with institutional and regional innovation priorities. Leading collaboration between LSTM and regional Higher Education Institutions, you will manage programme governance and reporting, and ensure delivery against key performance indicators.Acting as the central point of contact for the BRITE initiative, you will engage with senior academic, industry, and policy stakeholders to drive the development of a strong biologics innovation ecosystem, with a particular focus on monoclonal antibodies and advanced medicines.
