ASW - Service Manager FRT

Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASW - Service Manager FRT to join our team. As the ASW - Service Manager FRT, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient service delivery.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including technicians and customer service representatives, to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. You will also be responsible for managing service requests, tracking service metrics, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and proven leadership abilities. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Oversee and coordinate service requests, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner.
Collaborate with technicians and customer service representatives to resolve customer issues and provide technical support when needed.
Monitor and track service metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Train and develop service team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the [industry].
