Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education, assist with classroom management, and provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and resources.
Support students with their learning activities in the classroom.
Help manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment.
Provide individual support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in the assessment and recording of student progress.
Supervise students during breaks and other activities.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
