The school is looking to take on a driven Teaching Assistant / TA on a long-term basis. The successful applicant will be working in Foundation stage, supporting pupils with autism / ASD. You will be working with pupils who struggle with social communication experience working previously with Additional Learning Needs is crucial for this role.
The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:
• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
• Experience working one to one with pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills
