TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with an inclusive Primary School in Rhondda Cynon Taff. The school is looking to take on a hard working Teaching Assistant / TA on a temporary basis, with the potential of a full time contract for the right Teaching Assistant / TA. The successful applicant will be working on a one to one basis with ALN children supporting them with their learning to become more engaged with the classroom activities. You will be working across Foundation and Key Stage 2 / KS2 classes reinforcing a positive teaching style.
The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:
• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification
• Experience working 1:1 with ALN children
• The ability to create valued relationships with pupils
• Excellent classroom management
