Description
The Transformation & Improvement Project Officer (PO2) will play a key role in driving and implementing transformative projects within our organization. This position will be responsible for managing and enabling change initiatives, driving continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring successful execution of projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of leading successful transformation projects.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution and facilitate change management.
Identify and analyze business process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Act as a change agent by promoting and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in transformation and improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
