Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Liaison Officer (PO2) to join our dynamic team. As a Project Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders and project teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all parties are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Your critical thinking skills will be vital in identifying project issues and risks while providing strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to manage diverse relationships and foster collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating meetings, gathering project updates, and communicating progress to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and the project team.
Coordinate communication and meetings between all project participants.
Gather and synthesize project updates from various teams for stakeholder reports.
Identify project risks and issues and facilitate communication of these to relevant parties.
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
Support project managers in monitoring project progress and deliverables.
Ensure that all stakeholder requirements and feedback are documented and addressed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or liaison roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Pay Per Hour: £23.48
