Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of review officers to ensure high-quality evaluations.
Develop and implement effective review processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Evaluate policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes.
Prepare and present detailed reports on review findings and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address review-related issues and enhance communication.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a review or compliance role, with supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and review processes.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.00
