An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Support Administrator, to support the Forensic Inpatient Ward within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The role will be based at Pillmawr Ward, St Cadocs Hospital. The post holder may be expected to cover other areas within the Division as and when required.

To provide efficient administrative support to the multidisciplinary team (MDT) based on the wards.

The main duties will include typing, photocopying, filing etc. This would include the processing of CTP documentation. Receiving telephone calls, sometimes of complex and sensitive nature. Other administrative duties to ensure the wards runs effectively.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
