The Mulberry Bush are seeking a dedicated, energetic and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader for the baby room, who can educate and inspire others and drive a team of passionate and creative staff forward in our quest for the very best for our children.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a passion for early childhood education
- Possess strong leadership skills to manage a nursery room effectively
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Lead and supervise daily activities in the nursery room
- Drive the implementation of the curriculum and ensure a safe learning environment
- Manage the nursery room resources and maintain a well-organised space
- Provide guidance and support to nursery room staff
- Oversee the development and well-being of children in the nursery room
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Proficiency in English language
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare environment is preferred
As Baby Room Leader you will also receive a day out a month where you are supernumery especially to enable you to complete admin tasks and the like.

· 6.5 weeks annual leave as standard
· An Additional day of annual leave at 3, 4, and 5 years of service
· 5 additional days of annual leave given on your 5th year of service

· Additional pay increase for those with 5 years or 10 years’ experience within the childcare sector
