Summary

Family run nursery business is recruiting for a dynamic nursery manager for their bespoke 100 place Nursery situated within Bitterne Park, Southampton.

The Mulberry Bush is a high-quality nursery and pre-school provider operating along the south coast. The family run nature of the company means that the successful applicant will be integral in the development of outstanding practice and communication between all settings, paving the way for exceptional childcare across the board.

This exciting opportunity of managing a beautifully modern nursery full time will suit someone who is passionate about childcare and wants to make a difference. The Manager will have the opportunity to drive forth a growing, supportive and highly qualified team of practitioners who are passionate about providing children with outstanding care and education, whilst working in a beautifully well-resourced, contemporary and spacious environment. They will be fully supported by a highly experienced management team to ensure all the policies and procedures of the nursery are adhered to and The Mulberry Bush ethos is effectively continued.

· 6.5 weeks Annual Leave as standard
· An Additional day of Annual Leave at 3 and 4 years of service.

Requirements:
· Applicants must be passionate, enthusiastic and innovative.
· Must be competent, self-motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.
· Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Must hold a minimum Level 5 appropriate Early Years Qualification.
· Have a minimum of 2 years working within a managerial position.
· Be experienced in leading and managing a large team.
