Crynodeb
Support in the provision of a specialist palliative care education programme including but not limited to the identification, development and delivery of training in palliative and end of life care, symptom management and communication skills. Support learning associated with the Rennie Grove Peace learning and development framework, development booklets, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best clinical practice. Act as a subject matter expert to write and review competency documents, development booklets and associated materials. Work alongside staff in clinical settings to support, teach and assess skills. Develop staff mentorship skills and keep up to date with mentorship expectations for new staff and student placements. Support the orientation and induction of new staff as necessary.
