Crynodeb
To support with implementing and evaluating an embedded model for the Enhanced Mental Health Service (EMHS) for victim-survivors of sexual assault and abuse in line with best practice guidelines for this group. To support in ensuring all specialist staff working within the the Enhanced Mental Health Service (EMHS) for victim-survivors of sexual assault and abuse are appropriately trained, supervised and working to agreed standards. To be a role model for the excellent delivery of the main therapeutic and psycho-educational modalities for those working within the Enhanced Mental Health Service (EMHS) for adult victim-survivors of sexual assault and abuse. To provide supervision and consultation to staff of any discipline, as required and appropriate. To support in demonstrating the effectiveness of specialist staff working with the Enhanced Mental Health Service (EMHS) for victim-survivors of sexual assault and abuse, in terms of service user, carer and stakeholder satisfaction and clinical outcomes. To provide highly developed specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to the team, based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources.
