Duties of a Despatch and Quality Control Afternoons
- Meeting drivers - checking the deliveries
- Entering delivery notes onto the internal computer system
- Dealing with the paperwork / Admin
- Answering the phone - chasing deliveries
- Communicating with drivers
- Quality control checks - anlaysing results on a computer system
- Working as a part of a team
- Logistics distribution and supply chain
Hours of work of a Despatch and Quality Control Afternoons
- 1.45pm to 9.45pm Monday to Friday
- Pay rate - 12.50 to £14.00 per hour
- Based in Walsall area
Experience of a Despatch and Quality Control Afternoons
- Warehouse / Goods in experience
- Quality control - checking results of food samples
- Computer skills - using all Microsoft packages
- Good communication / organisational skills
