Summary

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Willenhall

Hours: MON THURS 8 5PM

FRI 8 1PM

Pay Rate: £45,000 - £50,000

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for our client in Willenhall. They are highly regarded within the Aerospace Industry.

You will be fully responsible for the quality function within the work place, ensuring the business conforms to all customer specifications and industry standards whilst maintaining and seeking to improve business processes. The Quality Manager will own leadership for maintaining the organisations BMS, leading internal and external audits and be the escalation point for NCR investigations.

**Whats the job?**


* Experienced Quality Manager
* Good understanding of the Business Management System to ensure it is fit for purpose by regularly reviewing and updating it to transition Accura to a best-in-class organisation.
* Experience in management to conduct the Quality teams to ensure high levels of motivation and engagement.
* Develop a Quality First culture within the business, engaging all members of staff to build awareness of the importance of Quality and attention to detail.
* Able to Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the department, utilising your expertise to enhance product, service quality and key quality performance metrics.
* Must Demonstrate a strong commitment and involvement in health, safety and environmental issues.
* Displaying high work standards and a strong desire to do well, as well as adhering to being an effective communicator at all levels of the business.

**Who can do this?**


* Must have formal Engineering training as well as being audit trained (AS9100 / ISO9001) to be able to carry out internal audits.
* A highly motivated individual who strives to achieve set targets in a timely and cost effective manner.
* Essential to have problem resolution methods with root cause analysis while able to still lead along with the support of problem resolution activities.
* An Individual who displays high work standards and a strong desire to do well.
