Bodyshop Controller required for Successful Automotive accident repair centre in the Oldbury area.
Our Client is seeking a Bodyshop Controller to join their busy service department, the successful Bodyshop Controller will have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Bodyshop.
Hours of work for this Bodyshop Controller role are Monday-Friday only (8am - 5pm)
The Salary being offered to the successful Bodyshop Controller is up to £34,000 with OTE £40,000.
Duties of a Bodyshop Controller
- Allocating work to the technicians within the Bodyshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Bodyshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Bodyshop Controller will
- Have a previous working experience within a Bodyshop Controller role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Bodyshop
