Fixed Term 6 months/Secondment
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, hard-working, dynamic, flexible and motivated Band 6 Team Leader interested working in our busy general surgical ward-Eliot ward.

If so you are who we need to join our 35 bedded surgical ward whom are working closely with different surgical multidisciplinary teams.







Provision of safe patient care in accordance with all relevant and applicable Trust policies and procedures.

Ensuring the safe, effective and efficient running of Eliot ward.

Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills.

Deputising for the Clinical Nurse Manager as required by attending meetings on her behalf and sharing the outcome of these meetings.
