We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join us as Administrative Officer – Strategy and Quality

You will be a key member of our small and friendly team. The role will be challenging, but enjoyable. You will be a well-organised, competent and efficient administrator with advanced IT and keyboard skills. An excellent communicator and a strong team-player, you will be a keen multi-tasker, who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects, communicating with both internal staff and external partners. You will be able to bring your strong organisational and administrative skills to a small team, helping manage day to day tasks and larger projects which focus on maintaining an efficient and effective administration service to support the ICP Secretariat Team.

You will have a very positive, ‘can do’ attitude and be able to prioritise, plan and organise your time efficiently and effectively.

No two days will be quite the same in this varied and flexible role. If you are as comfortable spending a day with the team as you are working independently and confidently with new people, this could be the job for you.

You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative functions, including diary management, administrative support to meetings and committees, finance and supplier administration, and ensuring that the team is generally supported to operate effectively through having functioning processes and equipment. You will provide a vital role for the team in ensuring complete and accurate record keeping, and in supporting system wide learning events and thinking differently events, both online and in-person.
