Summary


We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, reliable individual with good communication skills and an eye for detail to join our small and friendly team as the Engagement Officer for the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Partnership.

You will be a keen multi-tasker, who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects, communicating with both internal staff and external partners. You will be able to bring your strong organisational and administrative skills to the team, helping manage day to day tasks and larger projects which focus on strengthening involvement, participation and co-production.

This role will provide important administrative support to the Partnerships and Communities team to ensure that we provide effective and timely support to system partners in relation to involvement, participation and co-production. Tasks will include co-ordination and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of a number of forums and networks, providing support for the planning and delivery of in-person and online events and providing an efficient administrative process to manage enquiries.

You will have a very positive, ‘can do’ attitude and be able to prioritise, plan and organise your time efficiently and effectively. No two days will be quite the same in this varied and flexible role. If you are as comfortable spending a day with the team as you are working independently and confidently with new people and are highly organised this could be the job for you.
• Administrative Support to members of the Partnerships & Communities team to ensure that all enquiries relating to involvement, participation and co-production are recorded and dealt with in a timely way.
• Supporting the co-ordination and delivery of involvement and participation events. Including online and in person events. Providing additional capacity to assist with liaising with exhibitors, tracking delegate numbers, logistics, publicity, supporting event management on the day and maintaining events equipment.
• Administration and Meetings Support to Sub-Committees and Forums - Co-ordinate and book meetings, produce minutes/notes of the meeting, maintain action logs, provide live-streaming support, attendance logs, and administration of Slido and Eventbrite.
• Maintaining ICP stakeholder database – ensuring regularly updated for system wide communications.
• Website to assist with the maintenance of the website by producing content from sources of information provided, maintaining updates using a content management system, adhere to accessibility regulations and assist with any additional website development.
• Communications – updating social media and basic film editing to support the comms function within the Partnerships & Communities team.
• Supporting financial processes – liaising with suppliers to obtain competitive quotes
• Working as part of a team – collaborating with others with a broad range of skills and experience
