What is the job role?

St Osburg’s is a one form entry primary school and nursery, conveniently situated in the heart of the city of Coventry. We are looking for:

Caretaker/Site Services Officer – permanent

Grade 4 (point 6 - point 14) (30 hours)

(£23,893 – £27,334)

We are a fun loving, vibrant, successful school who want the very best for our pupils! Due to the retirement of our long serving Site Service Officer we are looking to recruit.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and Headteacher to ensure all day to day maintenance, security and management of the school site is in place.

Key aspects of the role are oversight of the cleaning team and to play an active role in the health and safety of all aspects of the school premises.

Split Shifts 7.30 - 10.30am then 3 - 6pm Monday - Friday

30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

28 days holiday plus bank holidays

Negotiation of hours may be possible for a suitable candidate eg. less hours/change of timings
