An exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation committed to the advancement of cell and gene therapies as Director of ATTC Network Coordination.
Ensures the creation of ATT Treatment Centres within the NHS framework in the UK.
The objective is to expand and fully integrate the network into the NHS and establish new sites for clinical trials of ATMPs.You will be pivotal to the success, highly visible and passionate about contributing to the sustainable growth of the sector in the UK,Supported by a small team of specialists, you will manage the coordination.
- Plan transformative projects, securing collaborations, manage initiatives related to accelerating clinical trials in the UK and engage and inform patients and the public on the use of ATMPs.
- Coordinating with relevant bodies and stakeholders to develop standards and best practices.
- Overall Program Management, strategic and operational, adherence to budgets, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Establishes a model of excellence for ATMP trial delivery and follow-up.
- Build and develop strong relationships with collaborators and stakeholders.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting milestones.
You must have Proven experience in clinical trial acceleration programs.Evidence of delivering projects on time, within budget,Previous experience delivering projects in bio tech, biopharma, CMO, CRO, NHS or Academia.You will need an in depth understanding of the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) or equivalent networks.Great networking and influencing skills,Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Higher degree or equivalent employment experience within the clinical trial / advanced therapy / NHS sector
