Exam Invigilators. As an invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations throughout the school year. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and supervising exams, maintaining exam integrity, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Examinations:
Oversee and supervise examinations as necessary during the school year. - Admission and ID Check:
Assist with admitting candidates to the exam room, verify their identification, and inform students of the appropriate exam regulations. - Maintain Order:
Create and maintain an orderly exam environment. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with exam procedures and regulations. - Flexible Availability:
Be available during exam periods (typically May to June).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Reliability:
Punctuality and dependability are essential. - Effective Communication:
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and staff. - Attention to Detail:
Ensure accuracy in exam processes. - Understanding of Exam Procedures:
Familiarity with exam procedures and regulations is advantageous.
