Summary


This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy People Development Department at Kings Mill Hospital. We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, innovative individual with excellent attention to detail.

You will be working in a busy office environment in various teams, so this apprenticeship would suit someone who is organised and has good time management skills. You will become conversant and competent in all People Development administration work, under the supervision of the Senior People Development Administrator.

The successful apprentice will undertake a Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification and will be employed directly by Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust for the duration of the apprenticeship, with possible progression opportunities beyond.

• Providing administrative and reception services across the People Development Department
• Supporting the Department as a whole with cross-cover responsibilities for our teams, including Work Experience, Learning & Development, Leadership & Management, E-Learning and the Education Centre.
• Ensuring training rooms are set up to meet the needs of the customer and environment.
• Data entry into Trust systems
• Taking telephone messages and passing them on efficiently
• Supporting general office duties
• Photocopying
• Shadowing the People Development professionals to gain insight and knowledge of the role.
• Any other reasonable duties consistent to the role
