Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client West of Scotland Housing Association:

Job Purpose: Provide an effective administration service for the Factoring Team.


Main Responsibilities

• Provide all administrative support to the Factoring Team
• Be the first point of contact for dealing with telephone calls and correspondence from factored owners
• Act as the first point of contact for the administration of factoring complaints and answering any queries regarding Factoring service.
• Support the Factoring Income Maximisation Officer with the administration of billing.
• Provide administrative support in respect of Written Statements of Service.
• Communication with contractors, suppliers, local authorities in respect of the factoring service.
• Support the Factoring Team Leader & Factoring Officer with the administration of owners’ meetings.
• Administer Westscot Living’s Property Factor’s Registration
• Posting Factoring Payments & Adjustments.
• Ensure records of factored owners are kept updated on IT systems.
• Issue welcome packs to purchaser as required.
• Take payments from factored owners by card over the phone
• Set up new or amended direct debits over the phone with factored owners
• Regularly liaise with the WSHA Property Team as necessary with Factored owner repair requests.
• Attending such training courses, seminars, conferences and other learning and development events as the WSHA Group’s may require.
• Any other activity necessary for the fulfilment of the WSHA Group’s aims and objectives and within the job purpose of the role.
