The Business Manager plays a pivotal role across all four Explorers settings, ensuring the smooth, efficient and forward‑thinking operation of our nurseries. Working closely with the Director and site leadership teams, they oversee HR administration, staffing coordination, finance processes, policy management, compliance, marketing, and parent communications.
They act as a key point of support for managers, helping to maintain high standards across all sites through strong organisation, clear systems, and a proactive, solution‑focused approach. The role requires regular presence across settings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on operational support.
