Summary
Nepacs is looking for flexible and reliable Catering Workers to join our busy Visits Services team at HMP Northumberland, providing refreshments and a welcoming service to prison visitors.
You’ll be responsible for:
Operating tea bars and processing sales
Supporting stock control, cash handling and financial procedures
Training and supporting volunteers
Ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for visitors
We need someone who:
Has excellent customer service skills
Is confident handling cash and stock
Can work as part of a team and support volunteers
We need you to be flexible and able to work across different sites as needed and provide cover in other roles within the visitor centre, if required, including occasional weekend working
Please note: This role is subject to enhanced DBS and prison security checks.
