Role Overview:
The Customer Operations Adviser is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting day-to-day operational activities. This role ensures customer queries are handled efficiently, service standards are maintained, and internal processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome
- Process customer requests, orders, or account updates accurately
- Support operational processes to ensure service delivery targets are met
- Monitor and maintain records, systems, and databases
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Basic DBS
- 5 GCSEs - Grade C or above
- 5 Years References/Work History
