SEND EHC Plan Coordinators
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are currently seeking several EHC Plan Coordinators to join their SEND service.
£280-£300 per day (DOE)
6-month contract (likely extension)
Full-time
Hybrid working - ideally 3 days onsite (flexible 1-2 days considered)
The Role
You will manage a caseload of children and young people aged 0-25, coordinating the full EHCP process including statutory assessments, annual reviews, and supporting placement decisions in line with individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate EHCP caseloads (0-25)
- Undertake statutory assessments and annual reviews
- Support placement decision-making and multi-agency working
- Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and SEND processes
Key Requirements
- Proven experience within Local Authority SEND casework (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children and Families Act 2014
- Experience managing EHCP assessments and annual reviews
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
