Hays are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join a growing start‑up financial services firm based in Wilmslow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in an early growth phase, where change is frequent and innovation is encouraged.
Your new role
- Using the Intelliflo system to manage and maintain accurate financial and client data
- Supporting income accuracy and financial control across the wider business
- Ensuring adviser and client income is correctly reconciled and reported
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Helping to maintain smooth revenue processes and accurate adviser remuneration
- Contributing to strong governance and reporting standards
- Supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into established finance processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Essential - Hands-on experience using the Intelliflo system
- Proven experience in a finance administration role within financial services, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong Excel skills, with confidence analysing data and identifying discrepancies
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- An open‑minded and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a fast‑paced start‑up environment where processes may evolve
- Clear and confident communication skills to work effectively with advisers, operations, providers, and finance colleagues
