Crynodeb
Assist with the training of trainee staff and perform competency assessment documentation.Attend all mandatory and statutory training.Participate and engage in service meetings.Ensure that the workplace and workbenches are kept clean and tidy.Maintain a flexible approach to the post, to rapidly assimilate changes in workload, patterns, and requirements.Participate in the shift system as required which includes some rotational weekend working.Help assist in the lab, if required, training will be provided, and you will be competency signed off.Help assist with answering the appointment line phone calls on the diverse Pathology Lines (Pathology enquiries and BTU appointment lines) to respond to the needs of Pathology Users, if required.
