Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and driven Temporary Staffing Managerto provide senior leadership and assurance across all Agenda for Change temporary staffing.
This is ahigh‑impact, Trust‑wide role, responsible for shaping and delivering a safe, compliant, cost‑effective and resilient temporary staffing model that directly supports patient safety, workforce wellbeing and financial sustainability.

About the role
As the Trust’s senior lead for temporary staffing, you will:
• Providestrategic and operational leadershipfor Bank and Agency staffing across AFC staff groups
• Act as the Trust’ssingle point of accountabilityfor performance, governance, quality and value for money
• Lead actions toreduce agency reliance and premium spend, while growing a strong, attractive staff bank
• Provide clear, credibleassurance to senior leaders and governance forums
• Work collaboratively across HR, Finance, clinical services and system partners, including at ICS level
• Lead and support service redesign, transition and improvement activity in a dynamic environment
