Hammersmith, London (Office based) | £250k–£500k+ realistic earnings | Keep 70–85% of gross revenue

Are you an experienced commercial property finance broker looking for a stronger platform, better-quality opportunity flow, and real earning potential?

This role is focused on property-led commercial finance, including:

• Development finance
• Bridging and refurbishment loans
• Semi-commercial mortgages
• Portfolio BTL and investment lending
• Complex HNW property transactions

We are looking for brokers who:

• have experience in commercial broking, bridging, development finance or specialist lending
• are confident handling developers, investors, landlords and HNW clients
• want the upside of a self-employed model with the backing of an established platform
• are driven by performance, deal quality and serious earnings
