This role is focused on property-led commercial finance, including:
• Development finance
• Bridging and refurbishment loans
• Semi-commercial mortgages
• Portfolio BTL and investment lending
• Complex HNW property transactions
We are looking for brokers who:
• have experience in commercial broking, bridging, development finance or specialist lending
• are confident handling developers, investors, landlords and HNW clients
• want the upside of a self-employed model with the backing of an established platform
• are driven by performance, deal quality and serious earnings
