As a Personal Development Coach at Newcastle Sixth Form College, you will play a crucial role in supporting the personal growth and well-being of our students. This position falls under the category of Other Pastoral/Welfare Positions, focusing on empowering students to reach their full potential both academically and personally.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor Honours Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong empathy and understanding towards young people
