We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our London Fire Contract team based in London.

Location: Mobile role, London Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Join our dedicated team as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial sites across London. This mobile position offers the opportunity to work across various locations, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services. With a supportive team environment and the chance to develop your skills across electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving in their day-to-day work.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the London Fire Contract team, supporting them in delivering high-quality maintenance services across commercial sites. Your day-to-day will include:

-Completing planned maintenance tasks including EML testing, tap temperature testing, expansion vessel PPM, extract fan PPM, and general PPM duties

-Responding to reactive maintenance requests and demonstrating problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently

-Conducting electrical maintenance across commercial sites, ensuring all work meets contract specifications

-Performing monthly generator testing, pipework checks, and ducting inspections

-Participating in call-out rota (1 week in 4) to provide essential support services

What are we looking for?

This role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

-You hold 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications

-You have multi-skilled experience within mechanical, fabric, and electrical maintenance

-You're competent in planned maintenance tasks such as EML testing, tap temperature testing, and PPM duties

-You possess a full driving license to travel between sites

-You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and general engineering competence
