Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Rota Coordinator/PPC (Specialist Medicine) to join our dedicated team at The Royal London Hospital. This is a substantive role.
This post has a strong focus on resident rota management and patient pathway coordination services delivered at The Royal London Hospital. The successful candidate will work within a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can work at pace, manage competing priorities and contribute positively to service improvement. Applicants with experience or a strong interest in liver services are particularly encouraged, as the post supports pathways within this specialist area.
Barts Health NHS Trust is appointing a Rota Coordinator and Patient Pathway Coordinator (Specialist Medicine) to support services at The Royal London Hospital on a substantive basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, effective and efficient delivery of specialist medicine services through robust rota coordination and proactive management of patient pathways.
The postholder will have primary responsibility for coordinating resident medical rotas and supporting the smooth progression of patients through defined care pathways, working closely with clinical teams, operational colleagues and wider corporate services. The role sits within an established multidisciplinary team and contributes to maintaining high standards of service delivery, workforce planning and patient experience.
