CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Experience Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security and the customer whilst being presentable and demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism. You will demonstrate and deliver high quality security and customer service to both our customers and service users, providing provide a holistic customer focused security service.Information:Position: Customer Experience OfficerLocation: Canary WharfSalary: £47,500 per annumHours: 50 hours per weekShifts: Monday to Friday - 0800 to 1800 Job Requirements:SIA Licence required - Door Supervisor preferredCustomer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding serviceFriendly, professional, and courteous with a confident and outgoing approachStrong interpersonal skills; approachable, engaging, and highly collaborativeExcellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levelsImmaculate personal presentation, always maintaining a high standard of appearanceExperience within high-end corporate Front of House, corporate security, or concierge environmentsAbility to remain calm and effective in fast-paced environments and when handling conflictIT literate, with a good understanding of access control systems, visitor management systems, and Microsoft OfficeReliable, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethicHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skillsProactive with a “can-do” attitude and a drive to deliver operational excellenceBe confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties. Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information?requested.
