What the role involves:
Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
Using assessment to monitor progress and inform future planning
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Working closely with teaching assistants to support pupil development
Taking part in school activities, meetings, and professional development
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
