We are seeking a Golf Services Assistant to join us on the journey at Rockliffe Hall
Rockliffe Hall stands at a defining moment. With a landmark multimillion-pound transformation already underway, the coming months will see us reimagine the entire resort experience, creating a place where quiet luxury meets northern spirit.
We seek visionary minds and grounded hearts: people who notice the small details, find meaning in curating moments that matter and take pride in thoughtful excellence.
Whether leading teams or shaping experiences behind the scenes, you will bring curiosity, creativity and care to everything you do.
At the heart of this vision is a guest experience that feels effortless yet unforgettable.
To help us deliver our vision, we’re seeking an exceptional Golf Services Assistant to join our Golf Services team.
The Role
The main responsibilities of the role will be (but not limited to):
To provide a friendly, welcoming and professional service to all guests, members and visitors arriving at the Clubhouse. To consistently deliver exceptional standards of customer service and assist in driving the golf experience at Rockliffe Hall to become recognised as one of the best in the UK.
To maintain excellent product knowledge of the Golf Operation in order to provide accurate and detailed information to guests and members and pro-actively up-sell at every opportunity.
Learn about all parts of the service team. From the halfway house: starter, marshal, and service.
To display excellent communication skills with guests, members and team members at all levels whilst maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.
To participate willingly in organised training sessions within the hotel and own department.
To assist guests and members with any queries or special requests.
What we offer
At Rockliffe Hall, we believe in looking after the people who make our guest experience extraordinary. When you join our team, you’ll enjoy thoughtful benefits designed to support your wellbeing and help you grow:
• Access to Hospitality Rewards and our Employee Assistance Programme
• Exclusive team accommodation rates and reduced friends & family stays
• Spa and gym access, plus generous savings on treatments, dining and other experiences including retail and gift vouchers
• Long service recognition with extra leave and bonus rewards
• Pension scheme and life assurance for eligible team members
• Training and development opportunities, from online learning to accredited qualifications
All team members also receive gratuities/tips, free parking and access to our health & wellbeing programme.
