Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader (London)

Salary: Competitive (depending on qualifications and experience)
Location: Multiple sites across London (Euston to West Ruislip) – fully onsite
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 (flexibility required)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to join a leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing solutions in London.

This is a permanent leadership opportunity for a Registered General Nurse with proven Occupational Health experience. You will oversee a small multidisciplinary clinical team, deliver high-quality occupational health and minor treatment services, and play a key role in supporting employee health across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities
– Lead and line manage a clinical team of nurses and technicians
– Act as the clinical lead for occupational health services and minor treatments
– Manage recruitment, inductions, and regular competency reviews
– Support clinical audits and ensure compliance with professional standards
– Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites and attend operational meetings
– Prepare and present monthly MI and KPI reports to commercial and operational teams
– Coordinate workplace wellbeing initiatives

Person Specification

Essential
– Registered General Nurse (RGN) with SCPHN qualification and Part 3 NMC registration
– Significant Occupational Health experience
– Proven line management or leadership experience within a multidisciplinary OH team
– Strong communication, time management, organisational, and IT skills
– Sound knowledge of occupational health legislation

Desirable
– Experience in A&E, case management, administering vaccinations, or mentoring OH students

Role Details
This is a fully onsite role with daily attendance required across multiple sites in the Acton area (Euston to West Ruislip). All locations are easily accessible by public transport. Travel expenses within TfL zones are fully covered. Please note there is no parking available at any of the sites, so you must be comfortable commuting via public transport.
