Your new company
I am currently working in partnership with a welcoming and well regarded primary school in the Blackpool area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher.This inclusive and community‑focused school is proud of its supportive staff team, strong leadership, and commitment to delivering high quality teaching and learning for all pupils. The role would suit either an experienced KS2 teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to join a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Your new role
- Full‑time teaching responsibility within Year 4
- Planning and delivering engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil attainment and progress
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to maximise outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Is reflective, adaptable, and committed to professional development.
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a child centred approach to teaching
