Your new role
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Track and assess pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies
- Contribute to the wider life and values of the school
What you'll need to succeed
The school is seeking someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is completing induction
- Has experience within the primary phase (or is an ECT with strong placements)
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management
- Is committed to inclusive practice and meeting diverse needs
- Is reflective, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a team
