Vacancy – Office Support Administrator

ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an office support administrator to work with an established client. You will support the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient office management. This position requires strong organisational skills, forward planning, and excellent communication.

Duties for the role:
• Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
• Oversee day-to-day office facilities, liaising with cleaning and maintenance providers
• Coordinate meeting room and hot desk bookings, and support visitor management
• Work with the Health & Safety team to maintain compliance with regulations
• Liaise with transport and operations teams to arrange servicing and repairs for vehicles and equipment
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Support the operations team with purchase orders, including creation, review, and receipting
• Assist in organising staff training and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Reconcile monthly credit card receipts and submit to finance
• Maintain the monthly purchase tracker

The successful candidate:
• Highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and the ability to plan ahead
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience or awareness of the events or broadcast industry is an advantage
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to take business calls outside normal working hours when required
