We are seeking friendly, organised, and patient focused individuals to join our team as Patient Services Officers. As the first point of contact within our GP surgery, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive a smooth, supportive, and efficient experience from the moment they arrive or contact the practice. In this busy and varied role, you will manage front desk reception duties, coordinate appointments, handle patient enquiries, and provide essential administrative support to clinicians and the wider team. You will also process clinical documents, referrals, and prescription requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with practice protocols. The ideal candidate will be confident using Emis Web, Docman, AccuRx and Abrace, able to work well under pressure, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team working together to provide high quality care to our community.
