Salary: £50 - £53k per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of a well-established, high-quality care home rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in leading the clinical team and maintaining high standards of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team of nursing and care staff
Ensuring residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met
Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory standards
Supporting and supervising staff with care planning and risk assessments
Promoting best practice and high standards across the service
About You
To be successful, you will have:
A valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
Confidence with digital systems and care documentation
